After filling out, and submitting a questionaire that gives me some insight into what your specific needs are, we will have a preliminary phone conversation to go over the questionaire together, with questions and answers from both of us that fill in any blanks we both want want more information on.
At that point I can start devising a telecoaching approach custom tailored to meet your specific needs. Before our first session ends I will offer some initial suggestions toward getting you started toward the goals you desire.
